Kevin, What's important is that you know what all you have done to it.
Sounds like you have all the hard stuff whipped. Hang in there.

Hi,

Yesterday was a big day in my life. It was the 3rd anniversary of the
day I took my "before" photos.

I welded some patches on the drivers front fender and thought that for
the significant anniversary I would park it in the same spot and shoot
the "3rd year photos" of the car as it is.

I started up the 313 and backed it out of the garage and parked it on
the street in approximately the same spot as 2001.

I had the windows rolled down and started shooting photos in the same
sequence as before to really get the effect of progress. After opening
up the doors and shooting the interior, I was moving to the rear of the
car when my neighbour came by.

He saw the 440 and asked if I was taking "BEFORE" photos.

I was devasted and told him that I had worked on the car for 3 years and
these were progress shots. I guess he thought I was nuts to have worked
for 3 years and it still looks like a piece of junk.

What he did not see was any holes or rust. He did not see the new
floors and the overhauled engine. He only saw, front fenders of bare
metal, the rear in green epoxy primer and sky blue overspray from the
door openings.

It just goes to show that it is the overall appearance (paint job) that
gets people's attention. Anyway, my wife thought that it was funny that
he figured I was just atarting.
