Don,
I would think that all of us desiring the "Old Reliable" update should pay
up-front and then it is just a matter of waiting for the printing and
delivery? Printing books requires a hefty amount from the author (Don)
before printing starts; don't think he should float his money.
Any thoughts from the group?

I have enough interest to justify another printing.
Here is the problem straight up.
I have finished after 3 years an book called Retun to Deutschland. It is 190
pages and very costly to print. It has gone through the first two stages
(Submission and editing and proofing with cover design as well) and is any
day going to be printed. (Was supposed to be done on friday)
It when it is done will suck up all my spare cash so i will have to hustle a
few before i can gather up enough gold to pay for another printing of Old
Reliable. That is the straight up facts so if you all can sit tight for say
about a month or so i will get it done for you.
Thanks Don Dulmage
