The pentastar was put on the passenger side only.  You have two because
someone in the past 40 years put one on the driver's side.

"COMMANDO V8" is Plymouth, not Dodge.  Again, someone in the past 40 years
put one there.

On all 1964 Dodges  :
"DODGE" in block letters on the trunk lid, right side.
"DODGE" in block letters across the tailgate between the taillights on the
wagons.
":DODGE" in block letters across the front edge of the hood.

The Dodge Polara had "Polara" in script on the rear fender at the end of the
trim strip.
The Dodge 440 had "Dodge" on script on the front fenders, but not the
Polara.  The "Dodge" script was located just ahead of the door below the
trim strip.
The Dodge Polara 500 had "Polara 500" in script on the front fenders between
the door and front wheel opening, lower than the "Dodge" on the 440,
The Dodge 330 had "Dodge" in script in a small emblem on the rear fender,
about the same location as the "Polara" on the Polara.

Anything different from the above is because someone in the past forty years
changed a few things.

 Why does my 64 polara have a pentastar on both fenders?
    Why does my 64 polara have a COMMANDO V8 emblem on the trunk lid
    where i have always seen DODGE on all others?
    Did the Polaras have the dodge script on the front fenders as well,
    two came with the car in a mountain of extra parts, but i dont know
    if the polaras had these up there, i know I have seen them on a 64
    Dodge 440.
