That's what I did, but I reassembled the whole unit (housing, center
section, and axles) outside of the vehicle and then put it back in one
piece.If its just a roll pin, you should be able to buy one at the hardware
store. I seem to remember them being somehow special, but if a plain ol roll
pin will work, by all means use it.
