I have both the OEM dual quad and the Weiand single plane and they look like they have identical runners. The only difference I can see is the top (one holds a single 4V and the other two 4Vs). From a runner/port point of view they look the same. Is it a fuel distribution issue? Does anyone have any dyno data for them? Best performance intake presently is the three deuce for a Poly 318 or the OEM dual quad which will serve a 318 or larger. Depending on your engine-build timeframe, it may be worth picking up Bill Richardson's Air Gap style Poly intake around the first of the year if all goes according to plan. Let me know if I can help you with some data.
