To give you an idea of cam numbers and to take the edge off here is what 
I run now. Just a small increase over the stock unit.
Grind 679 solid lifter, lift 382/397, duration @50 204/206.

For my project engine I'm looking at numbers on a solid lifter unit to 
be, lift 485/487, duration @50 230. These are close to the final numbers 
just to give you an idea.

It also means a converter of no less than 2800 rpm and a 3:55 gear.
