Without showing you, the easiest way I can describe it is that the seal
points inward. Take the seal by itself and look at it. Inside the steel ring
which you tap into the rotor is a rubber ring, which makes the seal, and
around the inner part of that is often a spring which keeps the seal tight
against the spindle. If you study the rubber part of the seal you will see
that the opening tapers slightly. You want the side with the larger opening
to face away from the bearing. The spring, if used on that seal usually goes
on the bearing side of the seal. If you have to, send me a digital picture
of the seal and I'll draw an arrow on it to show you.

What way does the inner bearing seal on a Mopar disc brake rotor go?
Metal flush with rubber towards the bearing, or rubber sticking out away
from the bearing?

Thanks,
