...and my cracked intake.  In the guys ad it specifically states "Very good Condition.  No Cracks and New Carburator Studs.".  Does anyone know if I have any ground to stand on with getting my money back, since his ad clearly states No Cracks?  I don't know too much about ebay, but I do know I have an intake that has at LEAST 5 cracks.
