Tom, thanks , and thats exactly where I am , and thats the painful
obsessive compulsive lessons I have learned. But hey I am learning,
   slowly and painfully and expensively.
I dumped three projects over the last two weeks, now all I have is a
64 Polara 500, and a Dodge Charger, two Mopars should keep me busy
    for a long time.
my back yard is beautiful once again and i have both projects inside
and out of the weather, and enough floor space to work on
    sub-assemblies.
Its that old " well hey, this is a good deal, cant pass that up"
voice that gets me every time. But the last good deal i found, after
a week of torturing myself i was able to return to sanity and say "
be grateful for two Mopars, dont be greedy".
I also had a bit of help from a friend who made the then-angering
comment that I wasnt a corporate lawyer and I was diluting my
resources by spreading them out over too many projects. Made me mad
at the time, but a month later I am OK with it.
So I will comfort myself by saying I am slowly, painfully learning.
Its painful growing up in public.
I am going to get a grant to study this obscure , psychiatric
    disorder.
