Hi Mopar friends,

I just bought a 727 transmission to my 1963 Fury project. and now I´m confused. Can someone give me the information about, where the parking cable goes into the transmission case, on the small cover is there also what a call a "pin" where there should be a nut in one of the ends. I think that this pin shouls keep the cable into the transmission ? I´m a right about that ? From wich side should this pin goes into the cover ? From the side close to the filterpan or from the side that is to the rear end ?

And I belive that it´s the side of the pin that has the threads that should goes in first ?

Best regards,

Thomas
