You can find TDC and file a new mark on the balancer.  ...and orange
paint will take care of the blue "problem".

Does anybody have a harmonic balancer for a 1964 318 poly they'd like to

sell?  Mine is blue, not original red like the rest of the engine, and I

can't find a timing mark for the life of me.  The timing light only 
shows blank.
