No, there is no front or rear to a torsion bar. They are the same at either
end.
But the bars do differ left to right.
Mopar service manuals state it does not matter which end of the bar is put where, but it is important to put left and right bars on the correct sides.

If there's a left and a right, then there has to be a front and rear. If one
