                  The Colour is Crystal Blue (code "DD") ,Ditzler code
12403.
The old prefixes were DQE for Quickset enamel and DAL for Laquer.
Should be no problem in getting the formula,go to Imperial paint he still
carries PPG and should be able to mix it in DELSTAR. I  bought 1963 Yukon
white (PPG 8293) from him last year.If you want a different brand you can
try to cross the Rinshed-Mason number which is 62CC23. Rinshed-Mason is now
part of BASF (I've been in mourning ever since the buyout) . I'm not sure
who carries BASF or Sickens.

it has it in ditzler for dodge / is it the same for plymouth ? is there any
way to convert a ditzler number to dupont , sikens sherwin wiliams  etc  /
paint code is wdd / any input would be appreciated
