That would be a Canadian-built Dodge 440. The line up in Canada in 1963 was
220, 330, and 440 with nno Polara or Polara 500.
The engine should be a 313-cid V8 and the interior is straight out of a
Plymouth, with Dodge fratzogs replacing the Plymouth sails. The bucket
seats were offered as an option on Fury and 440 hardtops and convertibles in
1963 as neither the Sport Fury nor the Polara 500 were offered in Canada.
The speedometer is in miles as Canada did not go metric until 1978, although
Chrysler Canada went metric with their 1977 models.
Do not know how many came with bucket seats, but 108 1963 Dodge 440
convertibles were built with the slant six and 318 with a V8.

So you say Ma never made one? Take a look at the pics I took of one last
weekend at the Mopars in the Park show at Shakopee, MN. It was in the car
corral & the guy wanted 17K for it. Great looking car, but a tad high,
imho. 89,766 showing on the odo - is that miles or km's?
Sorry about the quality of the pics, but my POS HP camera usually takes
photos that are too dark and I had to ligthen these up with software. I
also have much larger pics so if anyone wants them, I could email them to
you.
