My set I got from Bill at Special T's measure just a tad less than 14 inches.
If you have a lot of money and you love your brother you can get a complete 
set for $350.00. You have to specify carb model (3447 or 3705).
They are repops but are great looking with the correct decals, filters 
hardware etc.
