1. Several vendors do steering wheel restoration. Gary's in Penn. is 
one. (No relation!) Just need patience & you can do it yourself too!  
POR and Eastwood sell kits, for example.

2.  Koldos,  among others, sells the Turn Signal Cam .

3. "plr- end" = ?

4. A vendor is reproducing these I think. Can't recall the name. Someone 
may know...
"replacement info on rubber grommet-end of steering column"

5. No special A990 paint, I believe. Many 1965 A990's were red or black 
or white. All a single body color.
