I attempted to press out the pin on my 63 Polara and stopped when it became 
apparent I was gonna wreck the pin if not the sector shaft.  I successfully 
pressed out the pin on my 63 330 max wedge car and put the seal on and 
replaced the pin with no problem.  How's that for a choice?  The worst case 
scenario if you have a good machine shop in the area is you might want to 
farm out the pin remove/replace if it appears it's gonna be hard.
