I'm curious too.  Does the Aluminized exhaust rust out, if so, what is
tht timeframe?  

Now, with Stainless, you only have to replace the muffler when it rusts
out, so it is a buy-it once thing.  Not sure of the weight difference.  I
know it is more difficult to weld too, if you have to modify it.

Costwize, I just picked up a set of TTI Aluminized Exhaust.  They fell
about $200 less than the local shop quoted me for the same 3" exhaust
setup.  The local shop uses press bends, rather than mandrel bends.
