Keep up the good work. My daughter is a car nut and that is the way we
started. I got some good advice from another father when I started
getting
my daughter involved. That was, "Always keep it fun and never get upset
with them". Sometimes it was hard, but the more she helped, the more
she got into it. Now she has a sopped up Mazda. Oh well, I missed with
the
Mopar thing, but at least she does all her own work.

Hi,

This may not mean much to some of you but it may to a few.  

Last evening my 13 year old son Grant helped me bleed the brakes on my 
64 440.  Usually, he would rather watch TV or play a video game than 
help me with the car.

I explained that I could not do it by myself and that I needed him to 
push the brake pedal when I told him to.

After a few pushes, he even got out and checked the fluid levels for me 
as we progressed around the car.

I was very pleased and I hope that last night was the start to the 
"Father / Son" partnership that I have dreamed of for many years.
