No. The "500" was an options package that included bucket seats and a
console (at least it did in '65). In '64 the 330, 440, Polara, and Polara
500 were all trim options for the same bodied car (B-body). The 880 was as
previously on a full size chassis.

In '65 came the official introduction of the C-body platform, which included
the Polara, Polara 500, Monaco, and Custom 880 (all the same car with
different trim options). The Polara 500 had buckets and a console, the
Monaco came standard with buckets and a unique full length console.

The 330 disappeared in the US after '64. Similarly numbered models continued
for Canadian production. The B-body Dodges for '65 included the Coronet,
Coronet 440, and the Coronet 500 (with buckets and a console).
