Andy,
 Last I heaed he was in hiding, he still owes quite a few people headers.
Besides, there is a new place to get them, they are made by TTI, the price is up
there a bit, I still think he should give us guys on the list a break :) (hint,
hint) I will have to dig up the URL from home as I am at work right now.
