You might try Texas Acres for the trim and turn signal.  I bought some stuff 
from them several years ago and they were pretty reasonable.  As far as the 
holes in the front fender go, I believe you should have holes all the way up the 
leading edge of the fender.  You might try looking behind the fender (in the 
fender well) and see if you can see body filler pushed through anywhere.  
Someone might of filled them inadvertently at some point the cars history.
