I worked on a commercial shrimp boat sorting through the catch from sun up to sun down when I was fourteen. It was hard work but I knew what I wanted. I bought my first car/Mopar from my older brother for 600.00 bucks, a 1970 Duster with a 318, at, ps. I'll never forget putting headers on it with the help of my brother-in-law, a devout brand Xer. To this day he still say's putting the headers on my old Duster made a bigger difference than any other car he has ever worked on. It really woke that 318 up. I took on many a Camaro and Mustang with that car and won many more than I lost. I wish I had a crystal ball back then, I'm sure I would have kept that one. Mike P. 1965 Belvedere II Convertible Jax.
