  The usual scam is they send you a check for about 5000 over the asking 
price and they ask you to take out your $ and send their "broker" the 5k so he can 
set up shipping.   Such a deal..........Joe

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.  I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address.
