My undeducated guess is if you pick a high end shops like Graveyard Cars, Muscle Car Restorations and Mosher you are going to spend a very pretty penny. And having listened to a number of episodes of GYC, you're car will be there for a very long time.

Where's Jeff's car - he seems to be doing okay in spite of the extensive work/

Looking for advice on restoration shops capable of a proper original restoration.  I have an original 63 Polara 500 Max Wedge that is documented by Darryl Davis and Galen Govier as being 1 of 7.  It needs a full on restoration, but it is quite solid; no rot.  I have many parts; floor pans, correct engine (it has a 65 street wedge currently), air cleaners, intake, upswept headers, etc.

It's a rare original car and deserves proper restoration to original.  One thought of mine was to contact Mark Worman at Graveyard Garz, but I haven't had responses.  I realize the shop is really Welby's.  But thought they might be interested as a TV project.

Any advice on a shop that can do a correct original restoration?
