I can't tell you for certain on a 383 but one thing I did when building my 440 was go out to Summit Racing and search for ARP sets for my application.  I didn't necessarily purchase the sets but the part descriptions were often good enough to determine the needed fasteners.

Another tip: Tractor Supply sells Grade 8 bolts by the pound which ends up being way, way, way less expensive.  :-)
