Removing heater box

I decided to rebuild the heater box on my 64 Sport Fury. All the ducts are original and are falling apart. There is a vacuum leak somewhere so I’m going to bench test the lines. After removing the 3 nuts securing the box, and disconnecting the heater hoses, I tried removing the box with no luck. Am I missing something ?
