Is the ass of the car sagging? Is the ride sloppy? The simplest thing is to just replace them instead of trying to re-arch or adding a leaf, etc. OEM springs used burlap rub pads that are likely trashed too.

I've used ESPO Springs N Things in PA and have had great luck with them www.springsnthings.com. I used a heavy duty spring set for mine and I love the ride. Get new u-bolts too. They are reasonably priced and have very good service.
