I made replacements for my Sport Fury using cowl board, which I bought from Restoration Specialties. I also used it to make a new package tray and door panels. The original visors were the same material with no cover or upholstery, just sewn around the perimeter with a bias strip. Since I didn't feel that my commercial sewing machine would be able to handle the thickness of the material I just glued mine together and then made a cover out of naugahyde. Not OEM correct, but an OK solution if you're not worried about authenticity. I also made new sunvisor tips while I had things apart using HDPE (#2) plastic dowels. I had to "turn" them down a little as the diameter was too large.

What do you all do for sunvisors? I see Joe Suchy lists them repro for $100, not sure if that is just the covers or what.
Any non-stock options work nicely?
