Re: Frame Rails 62 vs 64

If your going to add frame connectors, don't use the floor following connectors.  They are ineffective eye candy.  If a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link, a frame connector is only as strong as it's narrowest point, do it right!  LQQK at this link, I used these connectors on my 63 Fury  http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.org/ml-hamadayframec.HTML

Bill,

My 1962 Sport Fury is in the same state today (see Photo) as your 1964.
Question. Did the Factory add the Frame Rail Center sections or did you?
I am looking at adding the US Car Tool center kit to my 62 for more stiffness
Mark

Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. That is, email your parts/car transactions and negotiations, as well as other personal messages, only to the intended recipient. Do not just press "reply" and send your email to everyone using the general '62-'65 Clubhouse public email address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine-tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
