If not the cable or speedo mechanism, I think the only thing left
is the speedo gear in the tranny. Of course, I could be wrong...
Seems like I saw "somewhere" a GPS receiver rigged to drive an
analog mechanical speedometer, or maybe that's wishful thinking.
