1965 Imperial Brakes

Hi all,

I'm re-posting Victor's question to keep it as a separate discussion.

======
Hey guys got a question I have a 1965 2dr imperial and was thinking of doing a disc swap on it I understand my wheels and bolt pattern are different than say a c body , so that leaves options limited on choice , but I don't mind switching wheels and rear axle shafts if needed to make something from a c body work I have two 1977 ny donor cars I bought for the 440s , any help or ideals I would be most greatful ,and honestly I thought these cars were c bodies before I bought this one and found out its a d body , learn something new everyday -- Victor

My understanding is a routine disc brake swap tactic for Imperials made before 1967 is to use spindles from a 1972 and later Imperial and go from there. Convert to dual MC at the same time.

Thanks,
Gary H.
