Poly Intake Accessories

SO for anyone that has their intake on their car and is driving it, what did you use and how did you rig up the throttle cable & bracket, and then the kickdown?

If anyone could let me know and provide pictures, I would appreciate it. After utting the final paint on the engine over the next couple of days, I'm ready to start cutting exhaust and getting the swap made as early as this coming weekend.
