I would measure the hieght of your existing tires and find a 15 inch tire to match. The lower profile will handle better and a V rated tire will have a nice stiff side wall and handle much much better the an S or T rated tire. Pirelli tires have a stiffer side wall as compared to say a General. Cooper tires are to my knowledge actually American owned and produced here. I don't believe any other tire company is even American owned.  I run V rated tires on my 70 Charger RT and it handles as good as a newer car.
