Well then, that Lancer is a true "20 footer" car!  :) 

The "California car" claim reminds me of the "it's a Texas car" claim. West Texas and much of central Texas is okay; but east Texas toward the Gulf of Mexico means any Mopar would have been enthusiastically  chewed on by the rust monster. Just the opposite of Oregon.
