Then you better put it at the top of the rear glass. Still think a strobe would be better. I've had sooooooooo many people tell me how they saw my strobe light on the bike and it woke them up. But ya know,, it's like oil and tires. Whatever works for you is probably the best !!

I've never had shit from a cop about my strobes on the bike. They might bitch about them on a car. Even the motorcycle cops I've talked to like them. And those boys KNOW
how to RIDE. Just my experience from being at bike ralleys and such. Hell,, I've been wrong more than I've been right. Won't work on my '63 anyway.

To reduce the chance you'll be hit in traffic. The 3rd brake light really works; a car with it is significantly less likely to be rear ended than a car without it…even now that it's almost 30 years since they first showed up and the novelty effect has long since worn off. Moreover, now that virtually all vehicles have the central brake light, a car without one is significantly more likely to be hit than that same car was back when most cars didn't have the central brake light. Nope. Brake lights strobes, blinkers, flashers, pulsers, modulators, whatever you call them are illegal for a really good reason: they INCREASE your likelihood of being hit. They are a really dumb idea, on a motorcycle, a car, a truck, or a van...no matter how much "common sense" might make you think it is to mess with your brake light(s) this way. If you're smart, you'll remove the device and put the standard brake light back in.
