How are the valve covers coming? Or have they been put on the back-burner till the intakes are done?

You may subscribe to the two best Mopar Mail Lists for great Mopar & Poly specific information by contacting the 1962-1965 Mopar Mail List site/webmaster (Gary Hamel) and the 318 Poly Mail list; I have BCC the administrators to aid in your subscription.
Regarding the new Poly intake update; I will be visiting the foundry with Roland Osborne of Chrysler Power late this week to check on
progress. Javier from Foundry Works called me last week saying he has 10 newly molded intakes (with the latest modifications/adjustments) that have been heat-treated and ready for the final machining process. He told me they are scheduled to go to the machine
shop late this week or early next week. After the final machining, estimated time frame is 10days, then Roland will pick them up for boxing and shipping to those who placed orders. Roland told me he would stay in the L.A. area till he can get a steady flow
of intakes boxed and shipped. I volunteered to box & ship to help expedite the process.
Javier said he is continuing to buy materials and mold more intakes as each set of 5-10 are molded, heat treated, and sent to the machine
shop for final processing.
I will send out an update after my visit and get confirmation and more information. I think we are over the hump and see daylight at
the end of a very long tunnel.
