I always take it as a compliment. An image of my ’53 Chevy COE was being sold on made-in-China fridge magnets I had no hand in. And popped up in several mags. These days people
hang out windows with their cell phones to get a pic of it.
Yet to see that happen with the ’62 Dart wagon, except at shows like yesterdays All MoPar show in Graham WA. Well when driving the wagon by the Puyallup WA, Goodguys one year, some
guys sitting watching the cars go by did yell out a salutation: “Hey - I thought they crushed all those!” Same guys half an hour later gave us a hoot and thumbs up in the COE. Go figure. ; )

And that's what a good friend of mine said. He went over that in a recent advanced photography class.
What can I do? What can I get? It's also been stolen by
http://www.sunautos.com/. Obviously pulled from the 62-65 Mopar Web Site. Do a search for "65 Coronet 500 Convertible" and mine is the 3rd one to show up. Click "visit page" and it's the SunAuto site. I never gave it to them either?

That is a clear violation of copyright law. Just because something is on the Internet doesn't make it part of the public domain. Just saying...

Got the Dec 2014 edition of Mopar Muscle on Thursday. Was leafing through and saw an article titles Sizziling Sixties. Turn the page (page 42) and there is MY CAR at the bottom of the page! Only thing was...no
photo or ownership credit, and I didn't provide it or authorize the photo to be used!
I called the editor and he said "We just searched on the internet and found a good picture of that car to use". I guess it's just wild west when it comes to the personal copyright laws using photos.
Anyway after talking with him for a few minutes, he said he would publish the ownership in a future issue.
I didn't want to be a jerk, but I was pleased and a little miffed at the same time.
