New KYB 4510 gas shocks installed and right away a positive difference. I feel that the front end is supported with less down movement. When turning the opposite side does not dip down as much, when braking the front does not nose down as much.
My old shocks were Monroe, installed in 1998 and had approximately 25k miles on them. My garage put them on a shock compression tester and said there's a lot of life left in these to go with matching rear shocks with only about 15k miles on them.

Thanks for all the recommendations and after checking out what's available I went with the KYB 4510 gas shocks for the front.

Subject: Front Shock Recommendation
It's time to freshen up the brakes and ball joints in the '63 Fury. Front shocks have been in there since 1998. What's the latest and greatest shock, I'd like to stiffen up the ride a bit, cruising no racing.
