Yup, you'll need a power steering column. Then the PS pump, brackets, hoses. And the PS box. I too have a spare used 1964 Plymouth PS pump and all accessories & hoses and a 1964 PS box.  I can take some pictures and send to you if you want. You probably should consider using a Firm Feel or Steer and Gear style box. (They are listed on the 62-65 vendor's page.)
