Butch - that trim snaps onto clips that are screwed onto the body - as Mo said. You just need to pry it off with the right instrument. The clips will just stay on the car. My rear window trim isn't on my car because I don't have all of the clips on yet. I think the clips are meant to be installed without the window in the car. The trim has never been on my car since I've owned it so I don't have any experience taking it off. I did install the clips and trim on the front windshield, though, and I think its pretty much the same - just snaps on.
