I hate to give up a secrete that most people don't think of but, in my area their are several condos inhabited by non driving elderly people. A large number of them have one and in most cases two indoor climate-controlled parking spots that go unused. Leave a note on the public bulletin board with your # several times to pull off stating that your looking to store a car in a unused space or contact the condo association and advertise in their news letter. I have a couple of friends renting indoor climate-controlled spaces for as little as $10.00 a month. Its a win-win you get secured storage accessible with an opener and they supplemented their income.
Just remember you have to be a good neighbor your self, especially if you have loud exhaust or fluid leaks that need to be contained. Old people don't like loud noises, fumes, puddles, or change from the ordinary!!
