Most Mopars, even those without standard factory right-hand mirrors had
"optional" right-hand mirrors available. Unless it is a fixed mirror (in
which case you will have to angle the mirror to see to the rear), many were just
left-hand mirrors that were adjustable.
I picked up a pair of "dual-post" mirrors like was the original question,
from Desert Valley Motors some years ago off of a 58 Desoto, so even back then,
they had both. Again, true non-adjustable dual-post right-hand mirrors
were few and far between (although I do see them on eBay at times) some
dual-post mirror have enough adjustability to make them easy to adapt to either
side. I believe left will fit right and vice versa.
What type of mirror do you have? These are Fury/Polara factory
type and what I have on my 64 Fury Convertible:
So, but you can see that replacement mirrors are available. Since you
have no holes now, a little adjustment in the placement and an adjustment
of the mirror should work fine.
