have you tried opening the bleeder valve to see if it allows wheel to
turn,,,,,, this will establish for sure that it is a hydraulic problem and not a
mechanical one,,,,

I used a proportioning valve from a chevy system but it just aint
working right.... the calipers won't release. IT's driving me
nuts.... The rod in the booster is adjusted right so it comes all the way
back and does not interfere with the master cylinder return....
