Re: sure grip differential question

 Gary, I used to think that too.  I found a supposed sure grip several
miles from me. They got the rear end off the ground as I was traveling
there.  I did the test you mention here and both wheels turned the
same direction.  I told them I would take the whole third member with
the houseing.  The Son of the owner said 'I want to take the
differential out  and inspect it" Dad didn't want him to take the
time, but Son insisted.  Good thing he did because it was not a sure
grip--all the spider gears were rusted together, so the wheels both
turned the same direction.  Whooda thunkit?................MO
