1962 dodge polara 500 Heater vacumn Hose Schmatic needed

I have had my heater and actuators rebuilt, but I need a schmatic, photo or othr type of guidance concerning the routing of the vacumn tubes from the main connector to the actuators. Can anyone give me a lead on this?
