Personally I don’t think Champion are what they used to be. I
use Autolite in everything except Fords, I use Motorcraft.
My (free) 2 cents.

Hi
fellas and gal, I'd like to put in my 2 cents here. If you recall Ma Mopar installed Champion spark plugs in all their products and since they employed the BEST engineers who specified Champion spark plugs who am I to second guess their wisdom. I went to college to learn automotive mechanics and automotive machining ( 1969-71 ) and was a ASE certified Master Technician for 20 years. I rebuilt my first engine ( 332 Ford ) in 1965 so I've been around this arena long enough to know a little bit. In all my experiences I have always installed the brand of spark plugs the engine came new with and I have NEVER had an issue with doing it. I also clean and reuse plugs with good results ( small engines ). On Jun 28, 2012, Gary H. <62to65mopar@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: I'm passing this message along to all.
