There are these listed on the 62-65 Vendor's page: Be Cool, RADIATORS.com, U.S.Radiator Corporation,
Radiator Supply House. http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/restoration-sources.html
I think there are one or two more radiator vendors I need to update there.

Rich K. with his LeRoar '64 took a generic/universal aluminum radiator (he got from Summit I think http://www.summitracing.com/) and worked with a local radiator shop and got it to perform well. http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.org/ml-kinsley64polara.html has some pictures of it. That route was much less expensive than a custom-made radiator, if I recall correctly.
