Yes, the easiest is to find an original that is in better shape than the one on your car. 

If you don't care about originality, than you can improvise with some creative Photoshopping and R&R that piece with a custom graphic covered with a plastic | glass | plexiglass cover or some other such scheme. Only the true Fish lovers will know. :)
