Parts cleaning question

Hi guys. I'm parts cleaning and dealing with the radiator from he?? The side brackets have been welded onto it and they're very rusty. Too many little nooks and cranies to get into to get clean. I want to glass bead it but what about damage to radiator itself in doing that.  I've been using my Dremel but that will take me a week if it lasts that long! Thanks, Ruth
